The hotel is conveniently located on a busy road but in a quiet neighbourhood, allowing guests to have easy access to the nearby sec 18 market. the rooms are spacious, clean, and hygienic, providing a comfortable stay after a long day of work.
The lack of a restaurant on-site and the need for room service for all meals could be a drawback for dining options.

The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. The hotel was close to the city center and the main shopping area, which made it convenient to explore the city. The complimentary breakfast was decent.
The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Our Easter celebration was ruined by the lack of Easter decorations or events at the hotel.
